OOBE Anxiety

Hello everyone, lately I've been reading a lot about the paranormal, mostly regarding out of body experience, telekinesis, and the like. I've been experimenting with it lately and believe I am able to have an out of body experience, as it has almost happened on at least a few occasions, and I would like to know, from anyone who has experience with it, what's it like? I've often come close, but the feeling just overwhelms me, and I often just end up shaking it off, or something similiar. Really, I'd just like a description of what it feels like and, silly as it sounds, I would like to know if there are any risks involved with it. Also, on a sidenote, I'm having a bit of trouble with telekinesis, if anyone has any advice, i'd love to hear it.
