Rapiscan at heathrow airport

Why would terrorists that have been supposedly planning the liquid bomb attach for 5 years decide to leave from Heathrow Airport when they have Rapiscan.
Think about it. They would have known that the airport had this liquid bomb scanning technology.
If this was so sophisticated it makes no sense that these terrorists would target an airport that has this technology.
They would have targeted an airport without the scanners.
This benefits the Bush administration and is a total farse to scare the people again and get them back in Bush's corner.
This terrorist bust is contrived by Washington and London.

They aren't taking a bomb through the airport in the traditional sense. There would be three or more terrorists on a plane, each with a harmless component, and they would assemble/mix the bomb in-flight.
