I have never heard this before but it seems that the Clinton-Gore Administration just gave our Military Secrets to the Chinese. Why in the Frock would we do such a thing.

They have everything under control.
The whole Taiwan issue is nothing. China really isn't going to wage war over a small 'rougue' province IMO.
Also, I don't think they really exchanged highly classified military information as the article suggests.

The US and China are both more interested in North Korea, and want it's nuclear ambitions (read: government regime) to change.
