This is not a dig at the US just if you g'ment must do it use military airports, USAF and RAF have a good relationship i'm sure you can borrow a run way for refuelling, although if the planes can make it get them to the netherlands or france the Fuels much more less expensive LOL!!!!

BTW FYI im not public school, im also not into tabloid journalism and i think you may find that our media should really catch up with yours, our main media source BBC is still essentialy a G'ment run and "advised" co-operation, thus we have huge media black outs and hush notices served on our reporters!

I very often have a look at CNN/FOX then flick to BBC and have completely time shifted breaking news, we are around three or four hours delay sometimes for the "bosses" to okay a story!
