I found this image on the web - any one know of any other ball lightning pictures? I presumed thats what it is because i couldnt find the site again! (And i cannot read the language its written in any how!!!)

I thought ball lightning was associated with storms. That image looks interesting but I'm not sure what it is. I'm thinking either it's a reflection off a bright surface high in the sky or light coming from something. It's an interesting pic.

If I had to guess, I would pick it to be a sundog or sunlight reflecting off of ice crystals. I sometimes see them in different colors usually at a given distance away from the sun but it varies slightly. Anyway that's my best guess for now.

You know what really annoyed me? It hit midnight uk time and the history sweeper kicks in on the hubbies PC. I hate it with a passion and if any one can tell me how to turn off mcafees shredder I will be VERY happy. Shredder makes for miserable web searching..... try as i might I cannot disable the b##@@### thing!!

Im just glad i saved the picture though to file!
