How can I post in ATSNN

I wanted to know how to be apart of submitting into the atsnn area of ats. Is there any certain rank I need or area to be apart of?

Find a good story then it will be voted on, whether or not your story sucks or not.. it will either stay in ATSNN or go elsewhere.
