some grafiti art

I used to do commissioned Graffs with a group of city Youth, got them into painting large colourful murals instead of just tagging and defacing property, part of a Youth Drug/Alcohol Rehab programme...many of them were downright works of art...the artistic ability these young people had was awesome...gonna have to take the digi-cam around one day and snap some pics of Graffs I had a hand in...

Yeah. I admire some of those graf artist. In Montreal, there's a really a lot of grafiti, and some of 'em are real masterpieces. Worth a look. I should definitly get my self a digital camera.

I encourage all those group that aim to help the people on the street, and lead them into using grafiti for good purpose, and not just defacing stuff.

If the police weren't so hard on graffiti artists here, and if they'd actually provide us with somewhere to paint, I might be a graf artist myself. But until I leave this backward stifled country I'll use www.zewall.com......

Some of the street art in continental Europe, especially cities like Marseilles, Paris, Girona and Barcelona, is absolutely stunning.
