Tracking Program Usage

now i am usually very good with computers, but there is unfortuantly one thing i can not figure out.

i was wondering if there is anyone who can tell me where i have to look in order to track what programs others have used on my computer. programs of everything from just a game or a word document to the internet usage. i know that this is possible, as i have had others i know who are a bit better with computers than me show me how before. unfrtunatly i can not remember how to do this.

There are many programs avalible to track EVERYTHING.

However there is a less practical free way to check the last time someone used a certain program only if you know the program they used. If you go to Start>Control Panel>Add Remove Program. You can search for the program you want to check, click on it, and it should tell you the "Last Used On" Date.

But if I were you, I would get a program that does all the work for you. First place to search would be google.
