I really havent been able to sleep well for a very long time now..any tricks or secrets you guys wanna share with me? also if you guys have it too

I just learnt to get used to it! It runs in my family
I can go 2/3 days without sleep, and most nights i go to bed at 3/4am and get up at 7, work a 12ish hour day and still go to bed at about 2/3/4

No advice, sorry, I tried everything under the sun, even sleeping medicine (One of which worked but it knocked me out for 2days so I wont be having
that again )

Exercise. Try increasing your level of physical activity. Not to exhaustion, just exercise enough to get some hormone and chemical changes going in
your body.
