I really havent been able to sleep well for a very long time now..any tricks or secrets you guys wanna share with me? also if you guys have it too come keep me company

Ahhh the joys of insomnia


I just learnt to get used to it! It runs in my family


I can go 2/3 days without sleep, and most nights i go to bed at 3/4am and get up at 7, work a 12ish hour day and still go to bed at about 2/3/4 lol!!!!!!

No advice, sorry, I tried everything under the sun, even sleeping medicine (One of which worked but it knocked me out for 2days so I wont be having that again
)

Good luck and I hope somebody can tell you a good way to get to sleep!

Zzzzzz.......Huh?!?....oh, 'scuse me.....drifted off a bit there.

Exercise. Try increasing your level of physical activity. Not to exhaustion, just exercise enough to get some hormone and chemical changes going in your body.

If you have already tried this....nevermind.

I agree with MrPenny, Exercise will have those Z's coming out your head before you can say Snooze.

I recently started exercising again, and I've gone from being an insomniac to needing a "siesta" midway through the day


Give exercise a try, it's surprisingly effective

I suffer this also really bad lol along with most other ATS members,

Try and tire yourself out, Wake up real early even if you have not had alot of sleep,

trying to get any form of patternis better than not,


Drink lots of water, have a warm soak in a bath real late, dring milky hot drinks,

Avoid Coffee, beer, and late night munchies
