i know how to cut to 6% body fat. i know how to bulk to be massive. but i have no clue as to how to maintain. advice? suggestions?


they say its all in the expierementation. understood. however there must be some kind of information out there that is a rule of thumb. i know its about hitting on average the ones maintainence calories everyday. something like that. not going under or over.
but thats kind of hard.

I'm not sure sure how to maintain it, but if I had to guess I would say cardio man...work on cardio. It keeps the fat down and as long as you continue to lift and bulk up you should'nt have a problem.

thnx. how long can ones lean body mass last without lifting? ive got decent amount of muscle that i dont want to loose if i maintain and do cardio.
