i know how to cut to 6% body fat. i know how to bulk to be massive. but i have no clue as to how to maintain. advice? suggestions?
they say its all in the expierementation. understood. however there must be some kind of information out there that is a rule of thumb. i know its
about hitting on average the ones maintainence calories everyday. something like that. not going under or over.
but thats kind of hard.
