Seems like little more than coinsidence that both the Pope and Arafat are suffering from unoperable stomache cancer. Does anyone expect the pope to last the rest of the year? Who will be chosen by the Vatican as the next Pope? Who will replace Arafat who has had many heart attacks lately? Espically with the killings today in Isreal, things seem to be boiling over now, all hell seems to be breaking loose. Part of the wall to the right of the Wailing wall collapsed a few weeks ago....Could all these things be signs of the times. We were told that there will be signs, both in the heavens and on earth. Any insight?

About the stumac cancer: Have they read the book of the mighty angel dressed in the Sun? The timeframe fits perfectly....

Rev 10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take [it], and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

St John has received the prophetic gift just as the Old Testament prophets received it:for example, the holy prophet Ezekiel to whom likewise it was commanded to eat a scroll of a book before he was sent by the Lord to preach to the house of Israel (Ez.2:8-10;3:1-4)

The sweetness and bitterness in the explanation of St Andrew signify the following:''Sweet for you, he says, is the knowledge of the future; at the same time it is bitter for the belly,ie., the heart, the dwelling place of the food of the Word because of compassion for those who will have to endure the punishments sent down by God's decrees.
This is also to be interpreted in another way inasmuch as the holy Evangilist had not experienced evil deeds;by this swallowing of the book which contained the deeds of the impious is indicated to him that at the beginning of sin there is sweetness, and after the accomplishment, bitterness, by reason of revenge and reward''.(St Andrew, ch 29) .
The compassionate heart of the Apostle could not but feel the whole bitterness of the grief which awaits sinful mankind. In conclusion St John received the command to prophesy.

Revelation 10:8-11...Scripture parallels in chapter 10...
Ezekiel 2:8-10 And thou, son of man, hear Him that speaks to thee;be not thou proviking,as the provoking house:
open thy mouth, and eat what I give thee. And I looked, and behold, a hand streched out to me, and in it a volume of a book. And He unrolled it before me and in it the front and the back were written upon:and there was written in it Lamentation, and mournful song and woe(Septuagint)
Ezekiel 3:1-4....And He said to me,Son of man, eat this this volume, and go and speak to the children of Israel.
So He opened my mouth, and caused me to eat the volume. And He said to me, Son of man, thy mouth shall eat, and thy belly shall be filled with this volume that is given to thee.
So I ate it; and it was in my mouth as sweet as honey.
And He said to me,Son of man, go thy way, and go in the house of Israel, and speak My words to them.

The Apocalypse In the teachings of Ancient Christianity...commentary on the book is that of St Andrew of Caesarea in the 5 th century,.......

Baked,
The Pope doesn't have stomach cancer, don't know if Arafat does though. Both do suffer Parkinson's disease. The Vatican (i.e. the cardinals) will elect the next Pope as they have been for almost 2000 years. No one knows the hour that Christ will return, it is good to be prepared always.

Exactly. Then read about the incident by the Tree of Wisdom and see how the two mentioned prophets got their gifts. It's the exact same thing. The bible is full of suliminal referances back and forth and this is one (or rather two) of them.

You say that the bitterness is only symbolic, something Genesis disputes. The bitterness God warned Adam about was death. There was in other words a highly (bitter) physical consequence involved.

POPE JOHN PAUL HAS CANCER
GLOBE-INTEL ^ | 10/10/2003 | GORDON THOMAS

Pope John Paul has inoperable stomach cancer which recently spread to his colon. A team of palliative medical specialists is now permanently based in the Papal Apartment in the Apostolic Palace.

They administer drugs to try and ensure the Pope will live to carry out the three climatic events of his 25 years on the Throne of St Peter.

They revolve around the anniversary of his election on Wednesday (October 16). The celebrations are planned to include the beatification of Mother Theresa and presiding over the consistory, or assembly, of cardinals, including the 31 he has just created.

But increasingly the Vatican is preparing the worlds 800 million Catholics for his impending death.

The Vatican will not discuss the specific details of the Popes medical condition or confirm the cancer diagnosis

Another interresting thing in the Law, is the law about how to decide a woman is innocent to adultary charges and whether a man has a right to jealous or not in Numbers 5:11ff. If a woman hasn't been unfaithful and she drinks the contaminated water, nothing will happen. But if she is guilty, her hips will shrink and her belly will swell. Quite interresting when you think about how the Catholic Church is probably Babylon, the unfaithful woman, and how the pope can't stand up and possibly has a swelling tumour in his belly....

About the fruit of the Tree of Wisdom, it might be Pomegranade. It is said to have 613 seeds, the number of laws in the Torah and the fruit is very sweat and good to eat....

Blessings,

Yes indeed she is. In one of Leonard Cohen's texts he sings: "Bethlehem the bridegroom, Babylon the bride".... Mary Magdalen is also called a prostitute by some people. The Jews all seem to agree on this. Was his (possible) marriage with Mary Magdalen symbolic to the Church? Perhaps, but I don't know. If you read Hosea, you also see how Hosea, whose name is the same as Jesus btw, is told by God to go off and marry an unfaithful woman and have children with her as a symbol of God's love to Israel. But here the woman symbolises Israel. But he also marries another woman, even a prostitute, but this woman he hasn't sex with, but instead locks down in his basement so to speek.

And another interresting thing: The very word marriage -- Married ssh (he's married, don't tell anyone!).... Or Maryism or Mary dsssh....

Another interresting thing is the Norwegian word for being married, "gift". It's the exact same word as poison, and in English it means "present". And marriage is called "gifteml" which with a touch of schitzofrenia becomes "poison is goal". Have we finally come to the finish line? I sure think so.... And
