Black Helicopters? and Other GOV vehicles

Does anyone know what these black helicopters look like and what make and model they are?

Also I am curious what type of giverment cars in the higher up orgs they use I have always been under the impression of these Monte Carlos;

Looks to me like a news helicopter with a stabalised camera on the nose.

There is what apears to be writting in large block opn the side. Not something you have when you're trying to be invisible.

Nothing fishy there I'm afraid.

Looks like a Bell 206-L news helicopter to me. I'd say from an NBC station.

Thanks for the info. I wish I could blow it up to see whats on the side. Do you know if that Bell Model or Ecuriel) with a gimballed camera are ever used for government applications?
