Your Hoax Pictures

How do you get their fingers to go in front of the object you put in? I'm using photoshop.

First, use magnetic laso to select the part you want in front. THen you copy and pase it to mke it part of another layer, then move the layer to the front of the shot, in front of the object you want to cover.
