PHaSR & lasers R us

Not sure if this has been posted already, I checked the first page in "weaponry" and didn't see a title on it. Although I do recall that having been mentioned. This should go well with the other threads also about energy weapons, microwave and laser. Below are quotes along with source links, the site was down and I got an itch, what can I say.
