Not sure if this has been posted already, I checked the first page in "weaponry" and didn't see a title on it. Although I do recall that having been mentioned. This should go well with the other threads also about energy weapons, microwave and laser. Below are quotes along with source links, the site was down and I got an itch, what can I say.

The Personnel Halting and Stimulation Response (PHaSR) is a rifle-sized laser weapon system that uses two non-lethal laser wavelengths to deter, prevent, or mitigate an adversary’s effectiveness.

PHaSR has already been discussed quite a few times.

Quite interesting to say the least.

Did anyone catch the Future Weapons episode? I was sad it wasn't featured in there...
