Asymmetrical Friendliness

I believe that a certain part of the USA government should begin each day anew and attempt extreme friendship-building with all nations. If rejected, reform and accelerate new friendship-building the next day.

If all nations tried this, and terrorism still existed, I do not know what would end terrorism.
