guitar - herman li (dragon force)
guitar - paul gilbert (racer X)
guitar - michael angelo batio (nitro :puke

ya ya 3 guitars may be over the top but those 3 could shred up a storm together plus i like speed in my music so i went for the fasted musicians i could find below are why i chose the artists and links to youtube videos to justify this (i didnt embed cause i didnt want my post to take up half the page anyway check em out and enjoy

p.s yes i am a massive metalhead

herman lee may not be the most creative but hes inhumanly fast

paul gilbert is just a shed god

michael angelo batiocan play lead and rhythm at the same time on 2 guitars

luke kenny is one of the most brutal vocalists i have ever heard

danny growlis a awsome basists

flo mounier can drum faster than what most think is humanly possable

Tough to pick just a few people to put in a band. Overall, my choice would probably be:

Glenn Danzig-vocals
Chuck Shuldiner-guitar
Marty Friedman-guitar
Klaus Flouride-bass
John Bonham-drums

Don't know if they would actually work out together, but it would be worth a try.

Guess my all star band would have a slightly different sound to everyone elses.

My short list included :

Guitar - Bo Diddley
Guitar - Paul Weller. (The Jam etc)
Guitar - Mike Ness. (Social Distortion)
Bass - Peter Hook. (Joy Division etc)
Drums - Mike Lee (Page & Plant etc)
Drums - Keith Moon (The Who)
Vocals - John Lydon (The Sex Pistols etc)
Vocals - Jim Morrison (The Doors)
Keyboards - Dave Greenfield (The Stranglers)
Keyboards - Booker T Jones (Booker T & The M. G.s etc)

Eventually I settled on this amazing line up...but any combination would be outstanding.

Guitar - Slash. (Guns N Roses etc)
Guitar - John Squire. (Stone Roses etc)
Bass - Matt Freeman (Rancid etc)
Drums - Topper Headon (The Clash)
Vocals - Ian Astbury (The Cult)
Vocals - Toots Hibbert (Toots & The Maytals)

Keyboards - Ray Manzarek (The Doors)
Violin - Jon Sevink (The Levellers)
Flugel Horn - Dick Cuthell (The Specials etc)
Trombone - Rico (The Specials etc)
Saxophone - Clarence Clemons (E Street Band etc)

And imagine the fun partying and hanging out with them!

Not a single star in this thread...

Not even just one for the mighty Motorhead.

LAME.

It seems nobody here agrees on the "perfect" lineup.
