The euro is the official currency in 31 states and territories; 10 more will join the euro by 2006 and 7 others may join in the next six years; a
further 27 peg their own currency to it.
Although this is a pretty good and detailed list of current members, and candidates, It does not include the countries currently in the news of
chatter of supporting the Euro, either thru conversion, or independantly thru investment into their 'basket'.
I dont think that Great Britainn will join the Euro. Unless the little dork Tony Blair decides that the people shouldnt vote themselves! Here in
Sweden the government never wanted the Euro to be voted for. They wanted to decide themselves. But we voted no and so will Great Britain do if they
have a chanse to do it.
