An Iraqi diplomat who was a spy for the administration told the CIA before the war that there were no WMD's. The press wants us to believe that the CIA thought he was wrong, but we know better than that, at least i hope we do. Do you think this is grounds for impeachment? Invading a country that resulted in the death of hundreds of thousands of people is definitely a cause for me. All that Clinton did was get a little preferential treatment.

Source
Now NBC News has learned that for a short time the CIA had contact with a secret source at the highest levels within Saddam Hussein’s government, who gave them information far more accurate than what they believed. It is a spy story that has never been told before, and raises new questions about prewar intelligence.

Just a lil more evidence that points toward the PNAC and their agenda. The overall agenda of the neo-conservatives to launch these wars for the sake of resources and hegemony all while leading the US toward what they describe as a "temporary dictatorship". It isn't anything that they are trying to hide...while calling it zionism makes the issue too small for the real problem that we have in our government today...zionism is definately a part of it.

It sounds more like to me that it is grounds for the impeachment of the entire CIA.

from the MSNBC article
The CIA said Saddam had an "active" program for "R&D, production and weaponization" for biological agents such as anthrax.

How many people believe that a story like that one destroys stories like this one?

Iraq's WMD Secreted in Syria, Sada Says

By IRA STOLL - Staff Reporter of the Sun
January 26, 2006

The man who served as the no. 2 official in Saddam Hussein's air force says Iraq moved weapons of mass destruction into Syria before the war by loading the weapons into civilian aircraft in which the passenger seats were removed.

The Iraqi general, Georges Sada, makes the charges in a new book, "Saddam's Secrets," released this week. He detailed the transfers in an interview yesterday with The New York Sun.

Is anyone else appart from Iraqi officers who are saying this?...

Nizar Nayuf (Nayyouf-Nayyuf), a Syrian journalist who recently defected from Syria to Western Europe and is known for bravely challenging the Syrian regime, said in a letter Monday, January 5, to Dutch newspaper “De Telegraaf,” that he knows the three sites where Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) are kept. The storage places are:

Are any Russian defectors backing these stories?

On March 20, Russian PresidentVladimir Putin denounced the U.S.-led "aggression" against Iraq as "unwarranted" and "unjustifiable." Three days later, Pravda said that an anonymous Russian "military expert" was predicting that the United States would fabricate finding Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov immediately started plying the idea abroad, and it has taken hold around the world ever since.

As a former Romanian spy chief who used to take orders from the Soviet KGB, it is perfectly obvious to me that Russia is behind the evanescence of Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction. After all, Russia helped Saddam get his hands on them in the first place.

The Soviet Union and all its bloc states always had a standard operating procedure for deep sixing weapons of mass destruction — in Romanian it was codenamed "Sarindar, meaning "emergency exit."I implemented it in Libya. It was for ridding Third World despots of all trace of their chemical weapons if the Western imperialists ever got near them. We wanted to make sure they would never be traced back to us, and we also wanted to frustrate the West by not giving them anything they could make propaganda with.

All chemical weapons were to be immediately burned or buried deep at sea. Technological documentation, however, would be preserved in microfiche buried in waterproof containers for future reconstruction. Chemical weapons, especially those produced in Third Worldcountries, which lack sophisticated production facilities, often do not retainlethal properties after a few months on the shelf and are routinely dumped anyway. And all chemical weapons plants had a civilian cover making detection difficult, regardless of the circumstances.

So, were there, or are there hidden somewhere we haven't been able to find wmd in Iraq? Yes, every piece of evidence we have been able to find and several defectors from Iraq, Syria, and Russia, all say the same thing.
