What happened to the FAQ's?

Whatever happened to the FAQ's section that we had? I know everything there is to know, of course but I would occasionally visit there to grab one the additional smilies that were there. And that's what I'm looking for, the additional smilies.

Btw, I wouldn't be surprised to discover that their fate has already been extensively discussed, but a search of FAQ tuned up nothing.
