Optic Nerve Regrowth

It's incredible what can be done now. In maybe 30 years can you imagine what they could do, regrow teeth instead of using dentures , fix damage to other nerves or the actual spinal cord, regrow organs and bones. I know research is already going into all that with some promising results.

This raises some questions for me though, if medicine keeps rolling on forward then our population is just going to swell and swell, i do wonder how many people can fit into the space we have, but that's a different thread.

Anyway some amazing advances and hopefully more to come.

of course the link i supplied is dead, but this is actual fact. They are regrowing bodyparts, now, in rats.
