conspire to kill "brown people?" More white people were killed than "brown people." Some nice coastal towns were destroyed (Mississippi), along
with New Orleans. I can do without that city for the sole reason that it was built BENEATH SEA LEVEL. Who came up with that grand plan? Oh,

For the most part, the evacuaction of NO was a complete success. How many people fled to safety? That is unprecidenteded. Sure, some were stranded,
but what can you do?
