Probability of YOU being born.

I'm not much of a math guy, but I'm starting to love this whole probability thing (thank you mattison and dembski )...

So here it goes, what's the probability of the female egg that gave rise to you dropping out of all the rest of the egg's and the male sperm that gave rise to you out of the million's swimming in competition for impregnating that egg?

IDK ... something tell's me it's a rather large number.
