Need help with PIC?

Hey

I found this intresting picture, and i need help with the information.
I dont know anything about it, i hope that ATS members could help me.
Well i did find it at one of the UFO forum's. They didn't know what it was, and no links were added.

Well i can say that it was something about a artifact, nothing more.

it was also shaped like a brain, maybe a human brain.

Ohhhh ! one more thing.. the pyramid and the eye, aren't these 2 symbols on the american $$$?

The laerger looks to be kiln fired very recently. I say hoaxor
