Well if you look at it this way. It could be a plane. Maybe someone distorted it on photoshop...because look at the box cars. And also, I don't think that the government would have let photos like this appear on the net, but you never know...

If you look at the properties, the picture is a 720x576 which is a DVD standard so obviously the pic is a freeze frame from a DVD TV show (judging by the 4:3 aspect) but I havent clue which one it is.

Edit : Actually the aspect is distorted so its from a film because it would be widescreen with the correct aspect ratio.

I am pretty sure that pic is from the TV series, "Taken." I know, because I've seen the entire series.
