I agree with the premise of the article in that new invisibility techniques are being experimented with..or more accurately ..olde ones are being revised...renewed.

Also agree with the concept that submarines are being used more and more in transporting specialized teams and their equipment. As submarines are most vulnurable when surfacing or diving ..it follows that techinques to make a boat less visible or to break up its outline would be appropriate.
It is the changing roles or tasking of boats which has given cause to alot of this resurgence of olde camouflage techniques. We are having to relearn alot of olde techniques/thinking with applications of new technologys. Its about time!!
