I've read in some threads where many think it is because of President Bush and the implementation of "Homeland Security" that we have not had
another major terrorist attack. This is totally ludicrous.
I work in the wholesale building material business. IN our business we have a product called lauan plywood. This plywood is loaded onto vessels out
of Indonesia and Malaysia. These are two prime hotspots for terrorist activity and groups.
How does this plywood get here? It is loaded on a large freighter. In each of these freighters are enough crates of this plywood to fill over 2,000
TRUCKS!!! That is over 36,000 crates of plywood per vessel.
The truckers tell me they watch these crates being unloaded, and loaded right onto waiting trucks. 18 crates per truck. There is no inspection of
these crates by anyone.
Now, imagine 1 device planted into, say, every 500 crates. They arrive into businesses such as myself. We sell the crate to someone. A lumber
dealer opens said crate and BOOM!!!! That's 72 BOOMS!!! per ship.
Do you feel secure now?
It is just plain luck and lack of planning on the terrorists part that we have had no more major incidents. Plus all the terrorists are heading to
Iraz. A much shorter journey for them, and we are in their backyard.
Someone who says we are more secure today because of the actions of this administration please tell me how all these ships with containers are being
unloaded and inspected. They are NOT!!

you know what else, i had a cab driver one time who loved to talk about his stint in US customs at a New York port. Apparently corruption was
widespread up and down the chain of heirarchy and many vessels were not inspected after the shipping source produced gifts. These gifts included fancy
stolen and faux rolex watches, stolen vehicles and other materially "expensive" articles. If this happenes on the regular, which of course is easy
to believe despite my unofficial source, who's to say other more dangerous items arent shipped in?
keep in mind though that US satellites have been keeping an eye on foreign ports for suspicious activity. Remember the incident involving a Spanish
frigate that was instructed by US officals to examine cargo on its way to the Middle East from Asia? Out of no where the Spanish vessel docked
alongside the container ship and discovered internationally legal rockets in transit.
The US knew that weapons had been sent on this ship and efficiently employed the help of an allied navy to inspect. I wouldnt be too worried about the
transfer of weapons between terrorists overseas, but the opportunity for a slip up should not be dismissed thanks to our great customs officials who
so proudly conduct their duties with zeal and pride for the american way of life.

Quite true. It's very similar to a tactic Hitler used to gain more power; What? You didn't know that the Bush family had ties with Hitler? Shame,
shame. Look up what "business deals" that the Shrub's Grandaddy had with Germany...
At any rate, Hitler had sent out his "party loyalists" to perform acts of terrorism on the public. While making speeches, he'd promise to stop the
terroists...Which would be quite easy since *he was the cause of the terroism* in the first place. So the public elected to give Hitler more power &
he'd fulfill his promise by ordering his party loyalists to back off. This made Hitler more of a hero in the public eye, so they'd be more likely to
grant him more powers for other problems he would promise to "solve".
That kind of political trick is even a *lot* older than Hitler...

Actually, it's more like "manage the problem", don't solve it. If they actually were to solve the problem, then they'd be putting
themselves out of a job.
...Which is what I'd like to do...Put them out of their jobs.
Hey, they're *supposed* to be working for *us* aren't they? Tell them that they're fired!
That doesn't seem to work too well because they're already *ignoring* or working at *oppressing* anybody who puts a petition up to them right now.
Check out the current status of Petitions & Address of Grievences that were sent up from www.givemeliberty.org...

Its exactly the same tactic Hitler used. The only difference is Hitler shot his mouth off for 6 or 8 years before he demanded to be elected
president.
He said the jews and all other races were evil. That he was goign to burn them all. He said the socialist party was paramount. Than he condemed
communism which is almost exactly the same as socialism.
He set up all the banks and stuff identically to the way Bush and the "office of HS" is setting them up. He used computers bought from IBM. Than
at the time Punch card tabulating machines, to monitor all the ethnic groups and their money. Once he had everything running on computers bought from
the US company IBM. He went in and siezed control over everything.

you never now if the product that are shipped to US are scaned. bush didnt help with homeland secure. if it would be that easy to do such a thing as
ridige the crates then it would be happening all the time. right now though i think that our biggest terrorists are the people that live in US. like
that suv activists that burned up 20 hummers h2 that cost up to a million in damage.

This is unfortunately quite true. The general mass of a populace are easily lied to(as Hitler basically said in Mein Kampf), and once you have them in
your palm, there's no looking back. Then, there's causing the problem - and offering the solution. Sad how easy it is to rule once your the big
cheese, huh?
Signing off,
HLW

OK in the words of throught the keyhole -
Letttts look at the facts
1) Hitler built the SA as a proxy army before assuming power
2) Hitler engineered the Munich Putsch and spent years in jail writing Mein Kampf
3) Germany suffered huge economic break down following the reparations put in place by the league of nations
4) The US abandoned the League and retreated into Isolation
3) Hitler was an Austrian who adopted German nationality
4) Hitler was appeased by many nations - the UK first
5) No one actually believed that after krystlnacht the final solution was happening
6) The US did not enter the war until the UK had fought on its own for 3 years
Now one is right or wrong - but let him grow up on his own unchecked or maybe aided

I don't have any specific links...All you need to do is look up German history & Hitler's history prior to his actual rise to power.
About Pres. Bush's grandaddy, it's also a matter of publicly-accessed history how his "business interests" had supplied Hitler prior to the actual
start of WW II.
