diseases,presumbebly to us agianst forgien enemies food supplys.However, this facility is not sutible for the handling of biological entities. It has
a long history of contamination and is the cause of the destruction of the long island duck industry and the WestNIle and Rift Valley Fever strains
introduced.It is known to do outdoor tests of many of its agents. It has been called by Sen. Clinton of NY and many others a "biological Three Mile
