Yes, from experience and then through the paranormal ATS subforum.
i'm by no means an expert, but there are things to avoid:
do not try to just 'get out' of the dream because you can, because that gave me sleep paralysis (basically awake, but the body's still
disconnected, lovely, huh? ) time in the dream is different and it's irrelevant how much time you spend dreaming, while asleep, now isn't it?
if you want to be sure, take a gander at a digital watch, turn it away and repeat a few times. funny readings guaranteed, lol i got 7:21:68,
but beware, this action caused memory to fade.
a warning note: aside from subtleties, there is NO discernible difference.
PS: it's called lucid dreaming, btw.
