Avatar format...

I uploaded it to imageshack, what format do I paste to see my avatar? Also whats the size limitations?

Avatar and Signature Guidelines has all the information you need regarding dimensions and filesize (160px x 320px and max 75k). As for how to get the image showing, following the latter parts of Kinglizard's Avatar Instructions should help.
