Chirac is known in France for being a great seducer. The rumor say he have many waitress (or mistress ? I dont know...) and in fact, each time a not-to-ugly woman enter in the governement, the rumor say that Chirac # with her :

Notice : These two women have no competence in them domain. The first one invited some friend of her, the press and a lot of people at the secret "etat-major" mounthly reunion, before the military explained her that this reunion was not a brunch or a garden-party but a very secret meeting with responsible of army and secret services. We will probably soon have a very nice army, probably dressed in Chanel or Yves saint-laurent, but with no weapons : She recently decided to limit the number of plane "rafale" buyed by the army to 15...

The second one have strictly nothing to do and nothing to mind about environment : The first thing she did was to explain the medias that the "nuclear wasn't a polluting industry (sic)".
