Did the USSR CPE Mean Satellite-Based Human Brain Function Control?

Did the USSR Centrally Based Economy Mean Satellite-Based Human Brain Function Control? If so, did the USA emulate this? Some in science reduce the human being to a bag of chemicals fully able to be controlled by technology.

As much as I would like to think I have some all powerful natural defensive mechanism in my anatomy that prevents me from losing control of myself and my thoughts, that is probably not true.

So yes, I think we probably are very succeptible to being controlled by technology and science.
