An interesting article about the myth, and I find this a very pertinent article, considering the continuous negativity in the mainstream media. What
have you heard in the positive way about the Iraqi situtation? What about the schools, hospitals and roadways built? What about the water and
electricity that is available for the people? Huh? Yeah, you've heard nothing from Brokaw, Jennings or Rather. Here's a viewpoint on the other
myth, the CIA/Laden connection, one that those who live in the closet with the glow of the computer monitor to keep them company should read:

How, pray tell, does the CIA/Bin Laden myth get mixed in with pro-Iraq invasion comments?
Anyway, I've never assumed anything regarding CIA funding of Osama Bin Laden. He and his family were already rich. I also don't have to think ill
of the CIA when they have proven they do ill in the past (Iran Contra).

Fox news is a joke. Pure garbage. They should go ahead and admit to being the government's Ministry of Information. But then they'd havta get up
off their knees and wipe the drool off their collective mouth.

Yeah, Fox News. lol. Ministry of Truth in Orwells 1984. lol.
There is far more bad than good in the war. Handful of schools built, and still, not alot of decent water or power. The messages Im getting back from
old buddies still over there that its still an unpleasant #ing cluster# of a mess, and no one seems to have any clue what thier mission is over there.
How can they fullfil thier missions when they dont know what it is?
I take the words of people actually over there more than I will believe CNN, Fox, or any other propoganda outlet. The imiages from the front Im
getting are depressing. Iraqis are displeased with us being there, they welcomed us originially because they thought wed get rid of saddam, then
immidiately help them get back control of the country, then leave.
yet now they are pissed, they are beginning to see the occupation in a different light.
The Iraqi occupation is oure and utter bull#. If we are supposed to be there for the Iraqi people, then we should leave like they want us to and let
them rebuild on thier own. They dont need our people or money, they have enough poil they can sell to get rebuilding back in no time, and have enough
skileld enginners and other important folks that can do the trick.
