Only a short time before 9/11 Silverstein purchased the rest of the WTC complex. And in the transfer he revamped the insurance policies.
Now I'm not a police investigator but If I were a financial forensics analyst this is a very suspicous business transaction.
Silverstein profited greatly from such tragic suffering that he should have been named as a suspect before Bin Laden.
