en.wikipedia.org... Bathsheba (בת שבע), in the Hebrew Bible, was the wife of Uriah the Hittite and later of David. She was the mother of Solomon.

Toelint...Solomon was the son of David and Bathsheba. Just wanted to keep things straight and less confusing. It wasn't Solomon who stood on the roof watching his mother bathe...he wasn't even born yet! It was Soloman's father King David who watched Bathsheba bathe.
