Another lawyer killed in Sadam case

Just heard breaking news on CNN that yet another defense lawyer has been killed. He was a lawyer for one of the co-defendants.
No links but story is building. What is up with this?

Gunmen on Tuesday shot dead a lawyer for one of the co-defendants in the trial of former leader Saddam Hussein. Adil Muhammed, who was representing former Iraqi Vice President Taha Yusef Ramadan, was killed in Baghdad. Another lawyer, Thamir Mahmoud, was wounded when the lawyers' car was fired on. It was not immediately clear who Mahmoud was representing in the case, which had been adjourned until November 28.

Yeah very strange..

You think maybe "They" could have shot him,so eventually Saddam can get tried in the US?
