On the night of Wednesday, August 27, two men dressed as computer technicians and carrying tool bags entered the cargo processing and intelligence centre at Sydney International Airport.

The men, described as being of Pakistani-Indian-Arabic appearance, took a lift to the third floor of the Charles Ulm building on Link Road, next to the customs handling depot and the Qantas Jet Base.

Yikes! It looks like they knew what they were looking for, I wonder what sort of data were on those computers?

My hunch is that these guys are linked to some terrorist organization. Stealing the computers would net you some cash but how much?

Besides mainframe computers are easy to identify, seems there would be more profit in stealing cars.

Is there credit card numbers? Doubt it if it is customs related.

they caught them "apparently"

they didnt steal them for the information they stole them for their "monetry value".
