I just got an email of a poem that I think I recognize. Rather, just a stanza, but it was one of those mass mailing dealys, and I'm trying to find out if anyone knows what it's called, who wrote it, and if it's actually a song. Help?

Closing you eyes you breathed once more
Your last and final breath
You did all this to save the ones
Who choreographed your death.
