6th fingers, or toes, while rare, are not uncommon. Neither are tails. Show me someone with naturally occuring pointed (elf-like) ears, or a nose formulated like a dog's...some of those types of things would be "freaky".

But a joke site...with 6 toes? Come on.

Its relieving to see somebody with 12 toes. It makes me feel less weird about having 3 testacles.
