My recipe for stream side Trout.

Catch fish

Clean fish

sprinkle liberally with hot sauce copped from Taco Bell

Wrap in tinfoil you always carry in your fishing vest

lay gently on small fire [where allowed]

turn package 4 times in the space of 5 min.

remove package, careful hot!

let cool to be able to hold in bare hand

eat like burrito
