MI6.com? : Britain's secretive spy service opens up to the world with website

Britain's version of the CIA, MI6, has launched a website. According to spokesmen, it is aimed at dyspelling myths and recruiting wannabe spies.

LONDON (AFP) - For decades so secret it did not even officially exist, Britain's overseas intelligence agency MI6 emerged from the shadows with a website aimed at dispelling "myths" and recruiting would-be spies.

The Secret Intelligence Service, or SIS, as MI6 is officially known, said it hoped the information on the Internet would help quash "ridiculous" conspiracy theories such as the notion that British agents murdered Princess Diana.

Ah, Americans have the CIA website and now the Brits have their MI6 website up and running. Anyways, aren't this kind of website is just for educational and recruitment purposes and nothing more than that. It's not like they're having a section where you can peek into the secrets they have.
