My disturbing dream, kinda

I had a dream my gums were WHITE and swollen. I remember being in pain in my dream. I also had a dream that I was on a roller coaster ride with my mom and she died. Someone told me to give her cpr, but it didn't work. I was crying uncontrollably. What does this dream mean? Later when i woke up she said she had a mamogram, I told her if it was bad don't tell me anything else and she didn't say anything else.
