I'll never forget that day for as long as I live. I was working for Philips in Eindhoven, Holland as a webmaster and I had a huge row with my English boss. A very vicious insult resulted in a very strange shiver up my spine. I called him a #in' backstabber, which I felt he was at that moment. His face turned all red and we were both shivering, caused by the adrenalin rushing through our veines. Right afterwards our secretary came in and told us that a terrible accident had happened and she asked us to go to the nearest coffeecorner to go see for ourselves. The whole department had gathered around the tv screens and were watching the horrible event. Just five minutes later the second plane flew in.
I'm still wondering if this particular shiver I had, had anything to do with the attacks. I remember having a second similar shiver a couple of months ago, but it wasn't as heavy as the first one.

I remember it like it was yesterday...
I had just come home from school, and I turned on the TV as normal, and every channel was showing the image of the first tower smoking. I left the house and gathered up a few friends, then went to another friend's house. The door was unlocked, we ran in and shouted, "turn on your TV". We watched the second plane hit and the towers collapsing. The newsreaders were saying that the casualties were estimated to be 40,000.

Later on we all went for a walk, started a fire and stood around it talking for hours about what would happen now. I new then that Bush had the excuse to go to war he had been waiting for...it all seemed so strange and unbelievable. Whoever did it, terrorists, the US government, Israel, it filled me with rage that so many people had died, and that it would only lead to more death.

~This was my senior year in high school(bout two years ago) when i was walking to school and i heard a couple of kids talking about it. I really didn't pay much attention to it considering it was such a nice cool morning where I lived. That was until' I arrived at school only to get a shock filled day of terrified people on the news. I was in awe and immediatly thought to myself,"WW3 has come already".

I was in my car driving to work after a meeting. When the second plane hit I was about 7 miles away from my destination, heard the whole thing on the radio.

I was woken up earlier than usual by my mother saying "Americas being attacked". I replied "What? Who the dumb # that would do that?"

My next thought was "Osama will not be a happy chappy".
