The Security Risk of Nations is significantly dependent on the Quantity and Quality of its Information Systems. Quantity of Information can be
relatively counted by the number of "bits". Computers can be awesome machines at storing astronomical bits of information. The Human Brain can be
awesome at managing information, from acquisition to decision-making to post-decision making.
A useful formula for Information Security might be: Quantity of bits x average Quality of Information Management per bit. Possibilities are
Infinte.
God Bless America.
