There's a new one in the Pacific. Tropical Storm Norma. Went from a tropical wave, to a Depression, to a Storm in the space of a few hours. Sometime after 9pm PDT they issued a broadcast about Tropical Depression 14-E, at 10 they issued the first forecast for Tropical Storm Norma.

Phillipe is now just a sub-tropical depression heading up towards Iceland/Scotland - should be with us early next week.

If it´s dying it´s a relief, if it´s going towards Iceland/Scotland, I hope it is not too bad...
