Luis Posada Carriles links Bush family to the JFK assassination in Dallas?

Dwaine Martin writes: As you read this column one of the world's most cold-blooded terrorist sits in a jail in El Paso, Texas. His name is Luis Posada Carriles and he has been fleeing justice for years. He has been accused of numerous terrorist acts including bombing a Cuban Airlines in 1976.

Venezuela has demanded his extradition in order to face justice for the cold blooded killing of almost 100 civilians.

The Bush administration has delayed, procrastinated and tried to "swift-boat" (Karl Rove-type), and slip away from the nasty business known as Posada. Bush is hoping that the media attention will turn away from this huge political hotspot: an anti-Castro, right-wing radical terrorist that has the ability to open a huge can-of-worms.

My reason for posting:

This news agency most likely is spreading propaganda but as many of us know, there is some truth to all untruths. So, can anyone corroborate more informational opinion on this?

I recall he did blow up a Cuban airline and it isn't propaganda. It's been discussed before.
