Lately I have been shifting my sleep patterns alot.
For one week my awake cycle will be normal hours. But then I will start putting in long hours and staying up to 2-3AM.
Then the next week my sleep cycle might be sleeping from 2-3AM to say Noontime.
Then it gets worse and im at the point im awake at night and sleeping for most of the day.
Then it goes back to normal.
I am not going to pass out and die at randomn am I? I try to keep normal resting patterns but it is hard lately.
