I found a pancreas today
As I was walking down the street
Someone must have thrown it away,
But I thought it was really neat.

It didn't have a cardigan,
Or doggie tags, or credit cards,
It couldn't fix my broken fan,
it wouldn't even mow my yard.

It doesn't dance, it doesn't sing,
it's awful at Monopoly,
it doesn't do a lot of things,
and does the rest improperly.

It cannot drive a minibus,
It cannot cook or play bassoon;
Today, I found a pancreas...
I think I'll get rid of it soon.

Start a movement in your bowel
Eat some beans for dinner
the farts will drive your loved ones mad
But you may end up thinner...

It sits beneath my stomach
and doesn't give me heart ache
it rumbles quiet contentedly,
turning food right into #
